When do we deliver?

- We do our utmost to deliver the order to your home as quickly as possible.

- We ensure that all orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

- Our courier, BPOST delivers from Monday to Friday.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is sent from our distribution center you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track & trace code of your order. Once your order has been taken with the mail deliverer you can follow it.

I am not home when my order is delivered, what should I do?

No problem! The delivery person will put a note in your mailbox and let you know what the steps are.
